✦ Image rights and usage ✦

For commissions
Buyers have the right to use the included model design and images for commercial and promotional purposes. While I appreciate credit, I do not require it. I do retain the right to use model images to promote my services, but I will never resell the model with or without edits.For Simple Recolors and Model Requests
I retain the commercial rights to the model for simple recolors and model requests, and may add them to my shop in the future.

✦ Process and what you should expect ✦

Discussion
I require potential buyers to discuss their project with me before buying a listing. Here we will discuss what exactly the buyer is looking for, the price of the project, and the estimated timeline*.Sketch/concept
Once the listing is paid, I will begin a rough sketch and/or concept for the project. The buyer is allowed to request up to 2 major edits here (i.e. changes in design/direction). Once the design is approved, I will move on to finalizing the project.Finalizing
During finalization, I will send updates on my progress. Minor edits can be requested here (i.e. color changes; small adjustments). Once I am done with the project, I will send the finished file package to the buyer for approval. I will not make new additions here, but will fix any errors in the images and files._{*Timelines vary per project, but most take about 5-7 business days}

✦ Refund Policy ✦

✦ Refunds will be docked a 30% service fee, if the buyer has received any sketches or concepts for their commission.
✦ Refunds are unavailable once a project has been approved for finalization.
